Apex Tennis Academy, situated in Northern Singapore, is a specialised institution with the explicit mission of developing the next generation of champions through a rigorous U12 youth competitive system. Core Responsibilities

The Academy is seeking to fill three critical roles: Head Coach, Fitness Coach, and Assistant Coach/Fitness Trainer. These positions are essential to building
a top-tier U12 competitive structure.

The Head Coach will oversee strategic areas such as developing tactical systems, defining comprehensive training plans, and leading teams during tournaments.

The Assistant Coach/Fitness Trainer will handle fundamental technical instruction, manage physical preparation (warm-ups and cool-downs),
and support the Head Coach in daily training execution.

The Academy also requires a Back-End Service Officer, whose main responsibilities include administrative support, customer service, scheduling, and ensuring
smooth operations of all academy services.

Ideal Candidate Profile, Support, and Career Path

Apex Tennis Academy seeks candidates who possess a deep familiarity with youth competition training systems, professional integrity, and a genuine passion for the competitive development of young athletes. Preference is given to individuals with coaching backgrounds from the Chinese National or Provincial team systems. The Academy offers robust professional support, including full assistance with the Singapore work visa process.
