All fees must be paid in full prior to the commencement of any program. By completing registration, the student and/or parent/guardian confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.

1.⁠ ⁠Refund Policy — Group Classes

Once group classes have commenced, all fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of attendance or personal reasons.

Refund requests submitted at least 3 working days before the first lesson may be considered, subject to a non-refundable SGD 100 administrative fee. Requests after this window will not be entertained.

2.⁠ ⁠Cancellation & Make-Up Classes — Group Classes

Lessons must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. Insufficient notice will result in the lesson being deemed conducted and fully chargeable.

Each student is entitled to 1 make-up class per calendar month, subject to coach availability, court scheduling, and Club approval. Make-up requests must be submitted within 7 days of the missed lesson. Unused make-up entitlements do not carry over to the following month.

3.⁠ ⁠Cancellation & Refund Policy — Private Coaching

Private lessons must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. Insufficient notice will result in the lesson being fully chargeable. Where an external court is involved and no replacement student is available, court fees will be charged at cost.

Once a prepaid package has commenced, it is non-refundable. All sessions must be utilised within the validity period. Unused sessions are forfeited upon expiry and are not eligible for extension.

In exceptional circumstances, subject to the Club’s written approval, refunds will be calculated as follows:

All completed sessions will be recharged at the prevailing single-session rate

Refund amount = Total paid − (Sessions completed × single-session rate)

Example: 10-session package purchased, 3 sessions completed → refund = total paid − (3 × single-session rate)

Note: As package rates are typically lower than single-session rates, the actual refund amount may be minimal.

4.⁠ ⁠Medical Exceptions

Cancellations due to medical reasons require a valid MC issued by a Singapore-registered doctor, submitted within 48 hours of the missed lesson.

Approved cases will be credited for future lessons, valid for 3 months from the date of approval. No cash refunds will be issued. Credits do not extend the original package validity period.
